We accept payment at direct checkout with Paypal and your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). 



Order for non-personalized, in stock items that do not require ring sizing:

  • Orders that are placed and payment approved by 2:00 pm Tuesday-Friday ET will be shipped on the same day as the order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be shipped no later than the next business day pending payment approval. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays).

Additional Time will be Required:

  • • To create your personalized item.
  • • For special orders.
  • • For orders requiring ring sizing.
  • • For Custome ring orders.

Orders returned without an invoice or order number, or shipped after the 30 day return period will be refused receipt and returned to sender.

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days. Free returns are for US customers only. Our 30-day return policy applies only to the initial order and is not intended to serve as a trial or replacement period. Engraved items may be subject to a $25 re-polishing fee.

All returned items must be in “new and unused” condition. Items showing obvious wear, or alterations by a jeweler other than Diamonds Direct will not be accepted.
All diamonds must be accompanied by their original lab grading report. Missing reports may be subject to a $150 re-grading charge.

Eternity bands and tension rings generally cannot be resized and must be completely remanufactured.

Custom design orders cannot be returned



Goldmasters wants to be as accurate as possible when determining when you will receive your merchandise but we cannot factor certain events into the estimated arrival date.

The Estimated Arrival Dates DOES NOT take the following into account:

  • • Delays in Credit approval
  • • Weather delays
  • • Other Shipping/Vendor service disruptions.
  • • APO/FPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)

The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:

  • Additional time needed for ring sizing.
  • The time needed to create your personalized and special ordered items.



 1 year with purchase of Jewelry. Includes warranty such as loss of side diamonds, assuming the loss was not caused by damage. You must have jewelry within 90 days of purchase. However, even with the warranty, it’s critical to have your jewelry insured in the event of loss, damage or theft.

We offer repairs and other services after sale such as, prong tightening, re-polishing, cleaning and rhodium plating.

We offer free complementary checking and cleaning of jewelry.



I saw a ring online I love can I try it on?

We understand how personal a fine jewelry purchase is. It’s important to be able to see and feel jewelry - especially an investment like an engagement ring. We’re so confident you’ll love our jewelry; we offer free shipping on all purchases, with minimum order over $100.

My ring is the wrong size can I resize it?

We offer one free resizing (maximum 2 size up) on rings. Once your jewelry has been altered we cannot accept for refund. After 30 days, the fee is $25 per gold rings and $50 per for platinum rings.
Please note that tension rings and eternity bands cannot be resized.


Can I design a custom engagement ring or jewelry?

Yes, Custom designed rings and jewelry are a great way to create a unique expression of your love that’s as individual as you are. Call us and have one of our jewelry specialists make an appointment with you.


Are there any special instructions for shipping internationally or out of state?

International/out of state orders from Goldmasters is shipped free. Once the parcel arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any taxes or duties owed. Orders over $500 in value are shipped via Fedex International Priority and usually take 2-3 days. Packages valued below $500 are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Out of state will be shipped 2-3 day shipping via USPS Priority Mail.



What are GIA Certificates?

GIA (Gemological Institute of America) is the largest independent grading laboratory worldwide. In fact GIA invented the grading system as we know it and is known to be strict and reliable with their grading reports. The lab reports detail key characteristics of each diamond. Having a 3rd party independent evaluation provides piece of mind that you have an unbiased opinion of your jewelry investment.


What are the four C’s?

The Four “C’s” represent the four primary means that diamond grading labs use to determine a diamond’s quality. They stand for Cut, Color, Carat and Clarity.

A diamond’s cut is a reflection of how well the diamond returns light to the viewers’ eye. A well-cut stone appears fiery and brilliant, while a poor cut will look more dull and lifeless.

Clarity describes a diamond that looks clean to the naked eye when placed in a face-up position from a distance of 8 to 10 inches away. Diamonds of a VS or higher quality will be eye-clean. Diamonds of a SI and lower should be inspected to determine whether any inclusions are visible or not. 


Do white gold rings turn yellow over time?

Yes. Rhodium plating is a process which helps give white gold a pure white color. Over time that rhodium plating may wear off, revealing a buttery gold color underneath. Diamonds Direct offers free lifetime rhodium plating on all our jewelry.
